I am a fourth generation Montanan and Gallatin County native.  I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Montana State University in 1987 and my Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1991.  I began my career practicing with Morrow, Sedivy & Bennett, P.C.  This was a family firm with my grandfather and my father.  The firm evolved to be known as Sedivy, White & White, P.C.  In 2006, I merged my practice with the Berg Law Firm where I remained a partner until the end of 2023.

My Legal experience includes all aspects of Family Law, Education/School Law; Human Rights Discrimination cases, Probate and Conservatorship disputes.

When I am not engaged in legal endeavors, I love to play golf, hike, ski, travel, cook and am an avid sports fan.
