I bring a solution oriented approach to mediation. In my 32 years of legal experience I have been actively involved in many litigation settings in numerous District Courts, Federal Court, and Administrative Agencies.   I have a unique combination of personal and professional experience that combines empathy,  common sense and professionalism.     

I have found that clients are most satisfied when they retain some control of their outcomes; have been heard in the process and obtain finality in their conflict.  Just the opposite is true when parties find themselves in litigation.  I am passionate about helping those in conflict find solutions.   There is power in choosing your own outcome.

I am open to travel to you to provide mediation services and I am also proficient with the Zoom platform.
